Survivor Week

Survivor Week was the best ever. Raft building was the time of my life. On the 27 of February 2017 it was raft building. We had milk bottles, rope, duct tape, and wood planks. Ruby (our group leader) was duct taping everything together and so was Akael. Oscar and I were pushing all the milk bottles down the long rope and Lachlan was helping stick everything on. The Amazing Bouncing Pugs worked hard in the hall with our parent helper Dany (Oscars mum).  After morning tea we held our raft all the way to the school pool. First I went on. But suddenly I fell off as if I was swallowed by a tsunami. So the next person and the next last was me this time I stayed on but I had to lay down on it like a penguin sliding on Ice. Finally I got across. That was the best survivor week ever! Next year camp! ; )

I love survivor week and my favourite part was archery because we could shoot someone. Survivor week we follow our school values respect integrity empathy.                              

Survivor week happens every year and it was a great experience. Survivor week couldn’t be better. I can’t wait for camp next year. SURVIVOR week really helped me out.

Survivor Week

Survivor week happens every year. It was a great experience for all the middles. Survivor week couldn’t be better my favourite part was… Orienteering! It all started when lightning stars ran down with Matthew the leader and Sebastian saying lightning strikes again!!! This is our team’s saying to make us feel better about wining! Everything we had to find took us a minute after we found the last one. This was really close to where the teacher was but we ran so we could be the first ones to finish and we… WIN!!! Each house got a point from each person who was in the same house. This week was super exciting! (I can’t wait to do camp as a senior).

I loved survivor week and my favourite part was archery because we got to shoot people. My group people are Molly, Maraea, Oliver and Milan. At archery we got to play archery pursuit. I got a black bow. Some people got a green bow then black bows.

My favourite part was Archery. My highlight was Archery pursuit;

nobody hit me. But Jakob and Matthew kept trying to get me. But they missed. Archery Pursuit is where you have polystyrene on the end of it. In all of the event my team persevered to get it finished. I can’t wait for camp when we do it again only in the forest.

I loved survivor week and my favorite part was…

    Orienteering.

My team members are Maraea Molly Ollie Jacob and of course me Milan and all the people in my group are my friends we found all the points in orienteering but my group came last because I'm slow and they’re fast I was in a grump.

I can't wait for camp next year! See you there.

Survivor Week

Survivor week was so fun especially Archery because of the game. I hit four people. The annoying bit was that Ms Clinnick hit me. At hut building we had two rooms, one big, one small. Orienteering was easy and I wonder  is camp going to be fun?

Survivor Week

Archery was the best because we got to shoot each other with marshmallow arrows. It was really fun. We got to shoot the target. There was yellow, blue, white and red on the target. [and don’t forget the arrows] the arrows looked like this…  they had metal things at the front and had fake feathers at the back. After that we got to shoot each other with marshmallow arrows. They were big and fat. But the sticks were skinny and thin. I love survivor week and I can’t wait till next year.

Survivor Week

In survivor week we used the ripe values. Wow pop pop I

got it in the target. I handed the bow to Seven and rushed to the end of the line. After i had another go the bell rang. We ran to the pitch in the side field. It was my turn next I pick up a bow found a marshmallow i knelt down and put them together I took a breath as the arrow flew through the air. I rushed to catch an arrow. I calmed down a little but I did more because I keep going. As I did another someone caught it. I hope I see you next year.

Survivor Week

Survivor week couldn’t be better. My highlight was raft building because we were working as a team together. Florence was our team leader. The hard bit was planning our raft. It did not look like our plan. Eddie and Florence brought bamboo and I brought rope. But when we put it together I thought it would sink in the water.

I loved Survivor Week. My favourite part was Archery. My highlight was Archery because we played a game and it

was the best game I had played in a long time. Do you

want to know why? Because I did not get hit by the arrows. But I had to give someone a turn so I did not get hit in the whole game.That was the highlight of that day. That day I was a little bit annoyed because I had to stop when I was doing so well but it is still the best day in a long time. I loved archery. It was very fun. I am so glad I am a Year 3 and I can do it all over again.

Survivor week couldn’t be better! It was fantastic! My favourite part was … Archery.  Archery was cool because we can shoot each other. I shot Chloe in the head! There was polystyrene on the end of the arrows so we didn’t die. l can’t wait for camp next year.

Survivor week could not be better. My favourite thing was raft building. Because I made a sleigh. We called it the Ice Mobile! It had lots of milk bottles at the end of the ship. It was so cool. We worked really hard to get it done and we achieved what we wanted. I can’t wait for camp next year.

Survivor week couldn’t be better. Archery was learning how to shoot a target. After morning tea, I got in a line and I got a turn. I shot somebody, somebody shot me. We went back to the classroom. I loved Survivor Week and I can’t wait for camp.

Survivor Week

I loved Survivor week. It was the most amazing experience of my life.

My highlight was raft building because my favourite sport is swimming. I had to bring two boogie boards and a pool noodle. We made a normal raft and a backup raft. We used a piece of rope to get to the other side. We didn’t have to use the backup raft but at the end we broke both of the rafts. Some people used the boogie boards and I went on the wood. Oh and did I forget to tell you the people in there was Me, Maraea, Milan, Ollie and Jakob.We were called the Pirate Puppy’s.  I was the leader. It was really funny when Milan fell off the raft.

I can’t wait for camp next year Survivor Week really helped me out. (I hope camp is as fun as Survivor Week)

Survivor Week

In Survivor Week we focused on our school values. R.I.P.E. My highlight is raft building because we learned how to survive the human-eating crocodiles. Our raft didn’t really work out as we wanted it to. When Jacob got to the end of the width it broke apart because we used parcel tape. I wish I was a Year Three so I could do Survivor Week all over again!

Raft Building

I loved survivor week and my favourite part was raft building. I loved raft building because it was super fun and I really liked my team. First we did the building of our raft. We got all the milk bottles and boogie boards and other stuff. Seven brought heaps of milk bottles because she went to the dump. I really liked our raft. When we got testing if it would float, suddenly it started to sink on one side so we decided we would stay in the middle of the raft. Me, Seven , Giselle, Akael, Lachlan and Oscar got on the other side safely. We had so much fun. I love survivor week.

My favourite part of Survivor Week was Archery because at the end we got to shoot people.  Survivor Week could have been better if my hat would not fall down.  One thing I would like to add or change would be to run around the school picking up sticks and making things.

Survivor week was so much fun and my favourite part was raft building. We first started building the raft. I brought bamboo and rope, Eddie brought lots of bamboo as well, Matteo also brought some. At first our plan didn’t work, so we started again.

Next year I’m not going to do it again but I think camp will be better.

Survivor Week

My favourite bit of survivor week was Raft building because…it was funny when Max went on our raft. He got on the raft but when he got on the raft it broke: Bottles floating around the crocodile infested river, loose tape, bits of wood and it was still breaking. At least we could go on the bits of wood that were still duct taped together. My team had to choose another team’s raft that was successful and got to the other side of the crocodile infested river. It was fun. (I’m really excited for camp next year JJ)

Survivor Week

Survivor Week was the best!  Raft building was very fun. On Survivor Week, we were making our boat. We had two boats but one wasn’t made. Then when it was after morning tea, we had to carry our boat to the swimming pool. I didn’t bring my togs because I forgot them. My group was in the pool and Molly went first in the boat. I got to pull the rope and then Jacob went second. Oliver went third and Milan went fourth. Survivor Week was amazing!

I loved survivor week and my favourite part was archery because I love when we fired the arrow up and I hit someone on the head he was out of the game we were playing.  Then someone caught me out of the game. Then when I was in the line I said get out Sam then time was up and room 10 was watching.
I can’t wait to do it all over again.

SURVIVOR WEEK

                                                                                                        

I loved Survivor Week and it was awesome. When we were naming our group we did not agree but we got one at last. Our group was called Awesome Bouncing Pugs.  My favourite part was Hut Building because we worked as a team and I got to do some of it with Akael. Ruby’s mum came and she helped us. She was really nice. I brought some old curtains and some tent pegs.

I’m glad I’m a Year Three so I can do it all over again.
